Srdcová sedma

We - three women, have established the small NGO “Seven Hearts” - because to all what you are doing you have to invest
also a heart and not only knowledge.
The main mission of the NGO:
1. Organising international activities of informal education
2. organizing leisure time activities with environmental elements
3. Building and operating environmental center
4. Supporting of Rural development
5. Supporting of carrying a person (persons who take care of her/his family member with a health disability)
6. Building and operating social enterprise - creating job positions for carrying persons
7. Supplying advice about volunteering possibilities for disadvantaged youth
The NGO´s target group is a youth with health disadvantage and their families.
For their parents, the NGO would like to create a social enterprise producing a local meal with the local resources.
The chairwoman Hana Roubíčková participated in European voluntary service in the Netherlands. Her hosting organization
was driving the Care farm - the unique rehabilitation practice for disadvantaged youth offering time to spend on the farm
between animal and garden - to teach how to take a care about a farm and also to take a care about themselves and like
this successfully integrate into the society.
Because nowadays the integration of children with the health disadvantage is the actual topic. As well the financial support
of their parent who gives up their carriers to take a care of the children with disabilities. And like this, they are disadvantaged
on the job market.
Hana is visible disabled, she has celebral palsy. That is the reason why the PWDs are to closed to her. She has been fully
integrated into school for non-disabled children. And she knows well what does it meen to go through the prejudies. And she
wants to break prejurides via sharing her story. She motivates students with disability to do volunteering in Czechia or even
abroad.
She would like motivate also employers to emloey PWD more for better sallaries
The NGO member Shange Chambula focusing on the establishing farm in her county of origin - Zambia - because Zambia
is depended on the import goods from the other African countries and this practice makes the price of food higher. Her
Project wants to learn local Zambians to product own food all year. She is slowly planning to develop the project in Czechia
known as „fresh boxes“ – that means that one person via own cellphone chooses the closest farmer – her or his goods and
this order is delivered straight to costumer´s door. And Srdcová Sedma wants to support her idea as much as possible.
Our work:
Before establishing Srdcová sedma Hana Roubíčková was a leader of informal youth group. This informal group has organized two training courses - in Pilsen September 2015 focusing on social entrepreneurship and training for trainers in
Ostrava in February 2016.

As Srdcová sedma the staff would like to continue in this cooperation with international partners.

Due to a personal experience with a handicap, we understand how important it´s to meet success for youth with the
handicap. And it does not matter if it´s in sport, drawing, acting or singing. The important thing is that these young people
can say: "look despite my limitations I am good at..."
